Culture – a cavernous place with lots of discounted art and other coffee table books as well as calendars, postcards, and other reasonably priced books 17, rue Pavée, 4th arrondissement.
Muji – Japanese chain with stores in the UK , Ireland , and France . Some interesting (and somewhat pricey) gifts and housewares, 47, rue Francs Bourgeois, 4th arrondissement.

Art du Bureau – bags, watches, writing implements in great colors and materials, 47, rue des Francs-Bourgeois, 4 th arrondissement.
Metal Pointus – unusual and unusually heavy silver and bronze jewelry, Rue Francs Bourgeois, 4 th arrondissement.
Miravidi – my favorite costume jewelry shop in Paris . Simple geometric acrylic necklaces and bracelets in ever changing color selections. These are the pieces of jewelry that I get the most compliments on in every country I travel to. Go see for yourself! Rue St. Paul , 4th arrondissement
Viaduc des Arts - About 30 shops dealing in arts and crafts housed in the renovated arches of an old railroad viaduct. The top of the viaduct has been planted and made into a lovely strolling park complete with sculptures and water features.
It’s a 20 minute walk out of the Marais or you could take bus #29 from the Bastille, Ave. Daumesnil, 12 th arrondissement.
